Rt2 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document sets out the binding terms governing use of the rt2 platform. Please read these terms in full carefully before registering or using any service on this website. By registering or accessing the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions contained herein.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, browsing, or using the rt2 platform in any way, you automatically agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. This agreement is final and comprehensive, covering all features, services, and content offered through the rt2 platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately and close your account if you have one.
This platform is for individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that your use of this platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. rt2 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may temporarily suspend an account pending verification.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and rt2 as the platform operator. Any continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be deemed acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest provisions in effect.

Account Creation & Information Security
Each user is permitted only one active account on the rt2 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any existing balances. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, complete, and current information, including your full name, a valid email address, and an active phone number.
You are fully responsible for the security of your password and all activity that occurs under your account. rt2 recommends using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other platform. Never share your login details with anyone, including individuals claiming to be rt2 staff. Our support team will never ask for your password under any circumstances.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the rt2 support team immediately at [email protected]. rt2 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials. All transactions carried out through your account prior to a report being made are considered valid and authorised by you.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
- Using the platform for personal entertainment purposes.
- Making deposits and withdrawals through the provided payment methods.
- Contacting customer support for legitimate enquiries.
- Accessing all features available under your membership tier.
- Opening multiple accounts or using false identities.
- Using automation software, bots, or third-party tools.
- Systematically abusing bonuses or promotions.
- Engaging in any form of fraud or system manipulation.
Users found to be in violation of any rt2 platform rules will be subject to appropriate action, including official warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure. rt2 reserves the right to act at any time without prior notice in cases of serious or repeated violations. Any remaining balance in an account closed due to a terms violation may be withheld, subject to investigation and management's decision.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the rt2 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, and other methods available in your account at the time. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are subject to change — check your account dashboard for the latest limit information.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to rt2's internal review policy. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days. rt2 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
Any bonus or promotional credits applied to your account are subject to separate wagering requirements as specified in the respective promotional terms. Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly until all wagering requirements have been met in full. rt2 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through illegitimate means or in breach of the applicable promotional terms.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Rt2 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform. rt2's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim. Technical disruptions beyond rt2's control do not entitle users to seek compensation.
All content on the rt2 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of rt2 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
The rt2 platform may contain references or links to third-party services for informational purposes only. rt2 does not operate, review, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Rt2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasonable cause, including suspected fraudulent activity, breach of terms, user request, or legal compliance requirements. Prior to account closure upon user request, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with rt2's standard policy once all required reviews have been completed.
Rt2 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users will be notified of material changes via email or an in-account notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure ongoing compliance.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the rt2 platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia as the exclusive forum for final resolution.
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, while all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
